Is honey good for diabetes patients? The straight answer is yes; honey is natural; brewed and cooked by bees; its heavy component is fructose and glucose making up over 80% and 18% water. Vitamins are plenty too; these are B6, niacin, thiamin, riboflavin and pantothenic acid as well as certain amino acids.
